Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: We stand by our products, and would like to resolve any issues you may have. Please email us with any questions or concerns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus a 3% PayPal processing fee, if applicable) or exchange the product for a different one. We accept returns of uninstalled and unused merchandise in the original packaging, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges after that time may result in a restocking fee or partial refund - handled on a case by case basis at our discretion. Please obtain an RMA by emailing us (Info@RedwoodMotorsports.com) before shipping anything back.
Custom Orders: We can not accept returns on items that are custom, not normally stocked, special order, or made to order. Please email with questions prior to ordering these parts. We do our best to guide customers in the right direction before placing custom orders.
Pre-Orders and Group Buy Cancellations: Group Buys and Pre-Orders require a certain volume of parts orders to leverage manufacturing quantities and reduce the price for the entire group. We use these higher quantities to facilitate leverage manufacturing volume, reducing the end price of parts for our customers as a group. As a result, if customers drop out of a Group Buy or Pre-Order, volume decreases which affects the total cost of our production run. We encourage people to remain in our pre-orders, however, we do realize that circumstances might come up. We can offer a refund with a 25% cancellation fee up until orders have begun shipping. We also are happy to facilitate the transfer of your Pre-Order spot to another member who may be interested - should you want to sell your spot to another individual. Please email us (Info@RedwoodMotorsports.com) with all cancelation or Pre-Order transfer requests.
