Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy:

No refunds will be provided for any warranty items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in a "like new" and resalable condition. Special order items cannot be returned, contact us in the event of such a situation and we will do our best to devise an amicable resolution. 

Call tags will not be issued and no COD returns will be accepted. Transportation of returned or warranty products are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

All warranty and return claims will require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before they will be inspected by the manufacturer or by Redwood Motorsports. Please allow 2-4 weeks for inspection and response to the claim. 
 
The purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). Any item purchased with 'free shipping' will have the equivalent shipping charge deducted from the total refund amount.
 
A return authorization number (RMA) can be obtained by emailing a request to info@redwoodmotorsports.com - Redwood Motorsports is not responsible for return shipping costs. All returns should be shipped in original packaging to:

Please document the RMA# on the outside of the package. Item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of RMA being issued. If an exchange is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping charges.
 

Order Cancellations:

If an order has not shipped, and a cancellation is requested, it will be subject to a 10% transaction fee. This fee is assessed to cover the compound non-recoverable credit card and website processing fees and labor of order processing. Thank you for understanding. Additionally, for all made-to-order products including all valved suspension dampers (Ohlins, FPSpec, FPSport, FPX, etc), floor mats, car covers, Wilwood and AP brake kits, custom colors or special request items, or items that have been custom manufactured or custom ordered from a manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. If it is possible to cancel the production or shipment of the custom components from the manufacturer, the standard 10% restocking fee will apply. If we are unable to cancel the production or shipment from the manufacturer, then the 20% restocking fee will apply.

For all cancelled orders - If you subsequently place another order online within 30 days of your original cancelled order, we are happy to apply the original 10% cancellation fee as a credit to your new order. For any orders that incurred a 20% restocking fee, we are happy to credit half of that to your new order and apply a 10% credit to your new order within 30 days of the original cancelled order date.

Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer:

Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. Redwood Motorsports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road. 

By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product; and agrees that Redwood Motorsports holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
 

Manufacturer Warranties:

Various retail products sold by Redwood Motorsports include a manufacturers' warranty. With some of these products the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer, in other cases  manufacturers' warranties require the customer work through the retailer (Redwood Motorsports). Contact us at any time if there is any confusion with warranty procedures.
